1Four ways to gain
Points keep adding up and are never cleared at year end.
- Opening an account — +10 to start with, so you can ask for a small favour on day one.
- Finishing a job — however many the asker set when posting.
- Building the tree — +5 for every profile you enter and then invite the right person to claim.
- Accepting an invitation — +1. Switching to no takes it back.
2One way to lose
When you confirm that someone finished helping you, they gain and you are charged exactly the same amount.
Without that rule points only ever go one way, everyone posts big jobs for each other, and the number on the board stops meaning anything.
3Points left to spend
The fourth tile is what you can still offer for help — what you hold minus what you have paid out. That is the number that decides how large a reward you can set.

Stuck on anything, however small, just write. Nothing is a silly question the first time you use something.
Calling during Vietnamese office hours is quickest; outside those hours write instead and you will hear back the next working day.
