1Posting a job
The Ask for help button opens the form: what the job is, how someone can help, and how many points you are offering.
Specific wording gets taken up: "watch the kids for two hours on Saturday afternoon" beats "need help".
2You set the reward
The points come out of your own love points, so you can only offer what you hold. That rule is what keeps the number on the honour board meaning anything.
3Taking it on and finishing
Anyone can take a job, and several people can take the same one. When it is done, the person who asked confirms it — only then do the points move.
The asker is also the one who presses Mark as finished or Cancel it. A helper cannot award themselves points.
4Talking under a request
Each request has its own thread — what time, which address, who brings what. Tidier than private messages where everyone forgets what was agreed.

Stuck on anything, however small, just write. Nothing is a silly question the first time you use something.
Calling during Vietnamese office hours is quickest; outside those hours write instead and you will hear back the next working day.
